A unique solution to help the customer journey

Lord+Taylor was in search of a tool to help with engagement in-store.

The brief was simple, create a space for advertisement, product engagement and ordering. I visualized a stand-up totem, that allowed full-screen skyscraper style content — this would help entice the user down the path to purchase.

Based on demographics, we opted to stray from the traditional POS system and work with RFID; allowing users to use their phones for purchase. This allowed for more privacy and overall a smaller barrier to purchase.
